Trine Folmoe was born in Oslo 1964  and is still living there.

From when I was a small child, pictures
always interfered with the affairs of my
life. The way to deal with, or evade life,
composed of findning an expression,
a picture of it. Because I drew people in many daily situations, it was realism that
I fell for. It was my way in which to 
"visualize" my surroundings. It was this that inspired me.
When I was eleven years old, I wrote in
my  diary: First I will be a veterinarian, and then an artist. I will go to an artist 
to learn. That still lives with me today..
